You can sign up through an affiliate store. For inquiries about affiliate stores, please contact us via email, and we will respond.
Q. I ordered a product today; when will it be shipped?
RACOSME shipments are processed daily at 2 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Q. What is the shipping fee?
RACOSME covers the shipping fee upon shipment. However, returns are at the customer's expense.
Q. Which courier service do you use?
We use CJ Logistics.
Q. Where can I check the tracking number?
After signing up and making a purchase, you can check it on My Page (personal admin mode).
Q. How long does delivery take?
It takes about 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Q. How do I make a payment?
RACOSME only accepts card payments on the site.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation is possible after payment completion during the 'Preparing for Shipment' stage, but not during 'In Transit'.
Q. How do I reset my password?
You can reset it through 'Forgot Password' on the login screen.
Q. I can't sign up on iPhone.
Signup may be difficult due to popup blocking on iPhone. Please disable popup blocking in settings and try again.
Q. Can I change the installment period after product payment?
Changing the installment period is not possible after payment completion. Only cancellation and re-payment are available.
Q. How do product discounts work?
If you sign up through an affiliate store, discounts will be applied according to your membership level.
Q. What should I do if I want to operate an affiliate store?
